A 48-year-old man who had initially reported discovering his 77-year-old father dead in his home in Sigatoka two weeks ago has been charged with murder.
The man is facing one count of Murder. He will appear before a magistrates court in Sigatoka.
The accused told authorities that he found his father lying motionless, with visible injuries, in his home at Bara Settlement on Sunday, March 3.
