Rauluni Pleased With Fijian Drua Women Form

The Rooster Chicken Fijian Drua women continue to grow and develop as a team and their hardwork is showing in their execution of their game against the ACT Brumbies side last weekend.

Coach Mosese Rauluni said he was pleased with the way the game turned out and was happy to see play unfold as planned in their training sessions.

“There were a couple of mistakes we made where we could have scored but I am very pleased with the ladies played. They stuck to the game plan and worked together like they needed to win against the ACT Brumbies.”

Rauluni said the team played smart and with a lot of patience which won them a lot of breaks and possession.

“Their patience was a lot better this time, we’re building for next week and then onto the finals.”

The team defeated the home side 20-7, denying them a win ever since the two sides have met since 2022 and will face the Melbourne Rebels this Saturday in Melbourne.
