As the HSBC SVNS 2025 season heats up, the pools for the final regular season round in Singapore have been confirmed.
Heading into the Singapore 7s, the women’s competition has promising matchups across four pools, with New Zealand leading Pool A alongside Brazil and China. Reigning champions Australia find themselves in Pool B, where they’ll face Japan and Spain. Pool C will see Olympic medallists Canada join the USA and Great Britain, while the tough Pool D will see France, Fiji, and Ireland battle it out for top spots.
In the men’s competition, Argentina, who currently lead the standings, will face Great Britain and South Africa in Pool A. Olympic champions France are in Pool B with Ireland and Kenya, while Australia, Spain, and Uruguay will meet in Pool C. The final pool (D) sees Fiji, New Zealand, and the USA ready to clash in what promises to be a series of high-intensity games.
NZ women and Argentina men continue to lead the latest standings after five rounds – with the former holding an 8-point lead over Australia in their division while Argentina are 12 points ahead of Fiji in the men’s.
