World-famous YouTuber, food vlogger, and content creator Mark Wiens’ video content will soon air exclusively on Mai TV.
The agreement came about during Wiens’ recent trip to Fiji, where he promoted some of the local delicacies of the Tailevu and Lau provinces.
Mai TV Director, Stanley Simpson said that this was an exciting opportunity for the channel to display the different delicacies from around the world and with a familiar face who has a unique relationship with the Mai TV family.
“Mark’s food content not only promotes the delicacies of the country he visits and films in but also the culture and tourism aspects of each destination. The Fiji content will air in a month’s time and we are excited to see the opportunities that it opens up for our food tourism sector,” Simpson said.
Wiens’ recent trip to Fiji was made possible through the partnerships of Mai TV, Fiji Airways, Tourism Fiji, Tewaka, and Captain Cook Cruises Fiji.
Local TV personality, Andhy Blake will star alongside him in a five-part series that will begin in Nausori.
The show will start airing on Friday July 7.
