A 70-year-old man died after his truck veered off the Labasa – Seaqaqa Highway last night.
Fiji Police said the man was transporting sugarcane at around 6pm. It is alleged that he lost control whilst descending Korosomo Hill.
He was declared dead upon reaching Seaqaqa Health Centre.
Investigation into the incident is ongoing, police said.
