Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Trade and Communications Manoa Kamikamica has called Vodafone executives for a meeting this morning to discuss issues and public complaints regarding their bus card renewal services.
It is understood the meeting is being called for 10 am today.
There have been angry and frustrated complaints from the public about Vodafone’s bus card services with long lines recorded at various outlets.
It is understood that government will push Vodafone to increase outlets and put in place systems to improve services and reduce the waiting time which is to be monitored by the Consumer Council.
