Ba slot in two goals to win a hotly contested match against the Henderson Eels in the Oceania Football Champions League currently underway in Papeete, Tahiti.
Koleta Likuculacula and Asenaca Naio secured the win for Ba after scoring within minutes of each other in the 65th and 68th minute of the match.
Henderson Eels Lorina Solosala played an impressive game and almost scored a goal in the 54th minute. Mereseini Waqali saved the day for Ba stopping the ball from making goal.
Despite the loss, the Eels are through to the semi finals after an earlier win over Tupapa Mararenga 5 – 0 in their opening game.
Tupapa Maraerenga will need a 4-goal win over Ba to make the semi finals.
