Fijian 7s star Joji Nasova has secured a 2-year deal with the Fijian Drua.
Announcing the signing yesterday, the Fijian Drua said having Nasova join the Club signals an exciting chapter ahead.
At the conclusion of the series last month, the Ba man was named in the 2025 HSBC SVNS Men’s Dream Team and also scored 26 points in the series.
Fijian Drua Head Coach Glen Jackson said Nasova’s inclusion is part of moving the Club forward.
“We are all massively excited that such a huge name from the World Sevens Series is joining us. We are eager to see Joji transform his skills into the 15s game. He’s already a household name in Fiji Rugby and we thank Osea Kolinisau for the partnership that exists between the Drua and the Fijian 7s Programme.”
About the move to the Fijian Drua, Nasova said he was hopeful for a good start in 2026.
“I am very excited to be selected to be part of the Swire Shipping Fijian Drua team ahead of next year’s competition and I hope next season will be a good one.”
The signing comes a few days after Fijian Drua players Motikai Murray and Vilive Miramira also renewed their contracts with the Fijian Drua.
