Fiji Police have confirmed that investigations have begun into the discovery of a 60 year old man found dead in his Suva apartment this morning.
Police confirmed that a friend of the deceased discovered the body after several attempts to contact him were unsuccessful.
“The colleague discovered the victim lying motionless and alerted police.”
“Officers from the Crime Scene Investigation Unit were deployed to the scene to conduct the initial phase of investigation.”
Police will now await the results of the post mortem.
