Solomons Ready for Hong Kong China

Solomon Islands are not going to take the Hong Kong China side lightly when they face them on Thursday night in the FIFA International “A” Friendlies tournament at the HFC Bank Stadium in Suva.

Captain Michael Lea’alafa says Hong Kong China possesses excellent footballers therefore there side could not afford to be laxed in their preparation and delivery on the field.

“We are wary of the Hong Kong China side because we know they come with alot of skill and preparation and if we are not careful, we can encounter many problems on the day.”

Hong Kong China captain Matthew Orr said they were covering areas they know they lack in as they prepare for the Solomon Islands.

“They are an excellent side. We have watched their games and we know they are coming prepared. We are also prepared and we want the win just as bad.”

The game kicks off at 7pm.
