A 24 year old man was today bailed for $5000 after he appeared at the Suva Magistrates Court charged with 3 counts of being in possession of illicit drugs.
Thakor Hari Punja has been issued with a stop departure ordered for travel, has been told to refrain from obtaining other travel documents, ordered not to re-offend whilst on bail, not to change his address, not to interfere with State witnesses and to report to the Nadi Police station once a week.
Punja was found with 16.6 grams of Cannabis Sativa, 0.841 grams of Methamphetamine and 5.447 grams of cocaine.
He will appear again in court to take his plea on June 5th.
