Fijian authorities are investigating three separate fire incidents over the last four days.
The latest occurred in Nanuku Settlement in Vatuwaqa yesterday morning, where four homes were destroyed.
In another case, a 25-year-old man allegedly set fire to a room in a Nadi apartment complex, causing around $7,000 in damages.
In the northern division, a 50-year-old farmer was arrested and questioned for attempting to burn down a house owned by a 31-year-old woman.
