We Unite Fiji, All Peoples Party Submit Audited Accounts, Suspended NGP risks Deregistration

Fiji’s political parties We Unite Fiji Party (WUFP) and the All Peoples Party (APP) have submitted their audited accounts, thereby avoiding deregistration.

However, the suspended New Generation Party (NGP) has not yet submitted its accounts and has been given 14 days to provide a valid reason why it should not be deregistered.

Acting Supervisor of Elections, Ana Mataiciwa, confirmed that WUFP submitted their accounts on Friday, while the APP submitted theirs today.

Meanwhile, the audited accounts for WUFP and APP, covering the period ending on December 31, 2022, have been uploaded online along with those of the other parties whose registration remains intact.
