Simione Valenitabua, the interim administrator of the Fiji Rugby Union who was taken to court for the alleged breaching of the tenancy agreement has settled the matter outside of court.
As such, the matter has been discontinued.
Valenitabua appeared in court last week and was told to settle the matter with his former landlord.
He is accused of failing to pay $20,000 in rent for a flat he stayed in from November 2018 to May 2020.
